General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between b999a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the b999a website at https://b999a.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces. By creating a b999a account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the b999a platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using b999a and close your account. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising between a player and b999a that cannot be resolved through b999a's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. b999a operates its platform in English and all formal communications, including dispute correspondence, shall be conducted in English.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and published exclusively in English. In the event that any translation is provided as a courtesy to players, the English-language version shall at all times take precedence and constitute the definitive, legally binding text of this agreement. b999a's primary service language for the Bangladesh market is English, and all player communications, account notices, and support interactions are conducted in English.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

b999a is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register a b999a account, make any deposit, place any bet, or use any service offered by b999a. This age restriction applies universally — there are no exceptions, promotional or otherwise, that permit access by individuals under the age of 18.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player may be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus funds credited across those accounts will be voided.

KYC Identity Verification

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the sending institution.

b999a does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or via anonymous payment instruments. All funds deposited into a b999a account must originate from a legitimate source, and b999a reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its compliance obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. For bKash and Nagad, withdrawal processing for KYC-verified accounts typically completes within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on the account. b999a reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the account's existing KYC status, where circumstances warrant additional due diligence.

Currency

The primary currency of the b999a platform for Bangladesh players is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All account balances, bets, winnings, and payment transactions are denominated in BDT unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable for international card transactions, are the responsibility of the player's card issuer or payment provider and are not charged by b999a.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

Promotion Validity

All b999a promotions have a specified validity period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the validity period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance. b999a is not obligated to extend promotion validity periods and will not do so except in exceptional circumstances at b999a's sole discretion.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another individual's account.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to manipulate gameplay, odds, outcomes, or the b999a platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.

Account Suspension & Closure

b999a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where b999a determines, in its reasonable judgement, that there has been a breach of these Terms, where required for compliance purposes, or where b999a has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. b999a will endeavour to notify the account holder where account action is taken, except where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation or where legal restrictions prevent disclosure.

Closure by the Player

Players may close their b999a account at any time by contacting b999a support via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon receiving a closure request, b999a will process the request and return any eligible real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active investigations are pending on the account.

Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum short-term cooling-off break to permanent closure, as selected by the player. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login or real-money activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months or more. b999a may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule applicable at the time. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, players should log in and maintain account activity at least once every 12 months. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b999a's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's account, or the use of any b999a service shall be limited to the net real-money deposits made by that player to their b999a account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

b999a shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the b999a platform caused by events outside b999a's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, DDoS attacks, government action, or acts of God.
• Loss arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security, including loss resulting from sharing credentials with a third party.
• Loss arising from the player's reliance on information provided on the b999a platform that is subject to market fluctuation, including odds and sports statistics.
• Technical malfunctions in third-party games, payment provider outages, or mobile network disruptions affecting the player's ability to access or use b999a.

Platform Availability

b999a does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and third-party service outages may affect platform availability. b999a will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. Players are advised not to place bets on live events during periods of known technical instability.

Governing Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the result of a game, or any other platform transaction, b999a's internal records shall be the primary evidence used to resolve the dispute. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint must do so through b999a's support channels within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted after this period may be declined. All disputes will be handled in English.
